BIM Modeler (On-site)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our production team in Ghatal.
You’ll work on precast, rebar, and structural BIM projects, creating accurate 3D models that match client specifications.
If you’re good with Revit or Tekla and can follow drawings without hand-holding, you’ll fit right in.
- Create 3D models for precast, rebar, or structural elements
- Coordinate with detailers and project coordinators

You’ll handle 2D shop drawings and 3D modeling for structural steel projects using Tekla/Revit or AutoCAD.
If you’ve worked on fabrication drawings and know how to avoid clashes and errors, we want you on the team.
- Prepare 2D shop drawings and 3D models for steel structures
- Work closely with modelers and checkers
- Understand project specs, erection plans, and connection details
- Update drawings as per client redlines or markups
- Ensure all outputs follow industry and client standards
- 3-5 years of experience in steel detailing
- Strong with Tekla Structures or AutoCAD
- Good understanding of structural drawings and steel connections

- Model precast elements in Tekla or Revit based on drawings
- Prepare GA, erection, and shop drawings
- Apply tolerance gaps, stitch joints, chamfers, and profiles
- Follow project standards and update based on feedback
- Coordinate with BIM leads and checkers for timely delivery
- 3-5 years of hands-on precast modeling/detailing experience
- Strong in Tekla Structures (Revit is a plus)

You should know how to speak the client’s language—especially in regions like the US, UAE, or Australia. If you have a background in engineering or construction and can sell without fluff, this is for you.
A background check will be required after a conditional job offer is made. Consideration of the background check will be tailored to the requirements of the job.
- Find and connect with potential clients (LinkedIn, email, cold calls)
- Pitch our BIM and CAD services clearly and confidently
- Handle proposals, pricing, and follow-ups
- Work with production teams to scope projects
- Keep track of pipelines and hit monthly targets
- Required to understand estimates, cash flow, terms and conditions in project negotiation.
